Tuna on Toast

My wee vegetarian has decided an occasional crostini topped with tuna is now acceptable, but only when eaten at the best french bakery in town. La Boulangerie has long been one of my very favorite lunch spots, I'm glad my taste is starting to rub off on Sophie.
