It starts like this. Lots of oohing, pointing and asking to be picked up.
The pointing leads to the pantry.
More pointing and grabbing for the door handle.
Squeals of delight when you open the door. Imagine that, a big tub of animal crackers waiting inside. More pointing.
Next, reaching on tip toes, more oohs and then grunting if you don't get that tub open fast enough.
One cracker for each hand and she is a happy girl.
Give her a little bag of the crackers to carry around and she's an even happier girl.
She then celebrates by sharing with Lulu.
This is becoming a ritual around our house. It happens 3-4 times daily. The best part is the squeal of delight and fake surprise when you open the pantry and she first sees the tub. "Mom, can you believe what I just found in there?!?!?!"
