Our friends Annie and Riley welcomed baby girl Ellen just 8 days before Sophie was born. The girls are destined to be best friends, even if they don't realize it just yet.

Down and Out

What I thought was just going to be Sophie's first cold turned into a case of RSV for her and a nasty cold for me at the same time, all while Chase was out of town for work. My sweet baby girl had a rough week, but with a lot of love and attention, and some extra special help from my mom, we are both starting to feel better. We had to give Sophie some breathing treatments with a nebulizer that helped open up her airways and let her breathe much more easily.

Fortunately, I had prescheduled a bunch of blog posts because I've gone this whole past week without taking any new pictures or writing any new posts. We'll be back soon though!

With a winter baby, it was bound to happen. Little Sophie has her first cold. I feel lucky that we've made it almost four months without one and that she is still as smiley and happy as ever. She has a stuffy nose and cough to go along with those smiles and sounds like a little bulldog when she's sleeping.

A Walk in the Park

Sophie and I met up with a few friends the other day for a walk at Woodward Park. Here are the babies all bundled up and ready to go. Sophie and Ellen were a little high maintenance and wanted out of their strollers, while Wyatt was content the whole and happy during the whole walk. Maybe he could teach the girls a thing or two?
