Big Sister Love

Sophie has been an amazing big sister so far. My favorite time of the day is first thing in the morning when she asks to hold "Big Boy." She likes to cuddle him while watching cartoons. She drinks her milk, I drink my coffee and we all enjoy the snuggle time in bed.

Meet Camden Jon!

Our sweet son, Camden Jon Kemps is finally here! He arrived at 7:33pm on Wednesday, April 17. It was long, long day but his arrival was well worth the wait. He weighed in at 7 lbs, 12 ounces, almost a pound bigger than his older sister Sophie. He is 20.5 inches long and perfect all around! So far Camden is a sweet, calm baby....hurray! Sophie is so happy to be a big sister and we are overjoyed to all be home together now.

Spring Break: Day Five

We rounded out our spring break festivities with a trip down memory lane today. Sophie, Pop and I headed down to Storyland to ride the train and explore the park. The loud train made her a little nervous at first but she quickly warmed up to it. It was one of our favorite spring break activities last year too. After lunch and a nap, we did some Easter baking. Cookies with "lem lems" of course!

Now it's Mama's turn, I'm off to an adult dinner at Cracked Pepper. Yippee!!

Spring Break: Day Four

Thursday was another busy day for us. After a quick check up for me and Big Boy at the doctor's office, Sophie and I managed to squeeze in a Costco trip and some park time before lunch with Mimi, Ammy and Baba. After lunch we were both ready for a nap and then we were off again to visit Chase and Sara at work and pick up some Easter treats from "Big Kathy." We ended our fourth day of spring break with dinner at Gigi and George's house.

Spring Break: Day Three

Today we spent a warm, sunny morning at the park with a bunch of Sophie's friends from The Little Gym. We went to a great new park and the girls had a great time chasing each other around. Sophie is getting so daring and will climb just about anything now. On the way home from the park, we stopped for a quick bite of frozen yogurt before nap time. In the afternoon, we headed over to Gigi's house to dye more Easter eggs!
