Biking Fun
The other day, a special package arrive on our doorstep...Sophie's new helmet and bike seat! We set it up for her last night and took her on her first ride. She loved it! I'm so happy that she loves her new "hat" and didn't want to take it off. I can't wait for bike rides to get ice cream this summer!

Hawaiian Hair
Sorry for the radio silence over here lately. I was busy getting ready for Madi's bridal shower last week and then had no internet connection for the last couple of days! Ack! I'm back now though and ready to share more pictures from Hawaii. I'm always on the losing end of the battle when it comes to my hair vs. the Hawaiian humidity. I've just accepted that I'll look like some sort of mad scientist or crazy professor in most pictures no matter how many bobby pins, headbands or hair ties I try to use. My hair just has a mind of its own while on vacation. Apparently this is something Sophie has inherited from me as well. Here is a little taste of her crazy Hawaiian hair.

Are you for scuba?
We all remember this movie right? In Hawaii, Sophie thought she might be for scuba. She certainly enjoyed the mask and fins.

Home Again, Home Again
Jiggity Jig. We are back from vacation and I've got tons of photos to sort through. Can't wait to share them all with you. Sophie is such an awesome little traveler that I really think we should vacation more often!

Where's Sophie?
Hide and seek is a huge hit around our house these days. Sophie is not that much of a seeker, but loves to hide with one family member while others search for her. I can't decide which I like best, the hiding or the seeking. If you are hiding with her, she whispers "noooooo" and shakes her head every time the seeker calls out "Is Sophie in the living room?" or "Is Sophie in the bedroom?" On the other hand, her expression when you finally find her if you are the seeker is pretty priceless.
The other day at Old Navy she discovered a perfect little hiding spot all on her own...
