Rainy Day Naps

Sophie helped me with a little Christmas baking the other day. She was super happy to sit in the kitchen with me while I baked and sang Christmas carols to her. She even danced along!

Feeling Festive

Sophie is enjoying the lights, decorations and holiday music everywhere these days. We've had to break out a few Christmas outfits early because she's growing so fast!

Peaceful

There's nothing that feels more peaceful than a baby napping on your chest. Plus I love Sophie's eyelashes in these pictures!

Smiles

Sophie has started smiling, real, look you directly in the eyes and smile at you kind of smiles. Its amazing but impossible to actually catch on film. Here are some of the funny photos and almost smiles I've managed to capture instead. The last picture is as close as I've come.

Magical Kitty

Auntie Madi gave Sophie a cute little kitty hat that we were hoping would fit her at Halloween but she was still way too tiny. When we needed to venture out today, I bundled her up and put on the kitty hat only to discover it had magical powers. It put her right to sleep!

Big Girl

It's amazing to watch how quickly Sophie is changing and growing. She's  developing her own little personality and its funny to see all the new facial expressions that come along with it.
